OUR MICROSOFT EXPERIENCE :
I called in because while creating my xbox live account (first time I ever did this) I think I did a typo in my email address. well i registered it in the middle of Fevruary. All was well until my kids accidentily took it off of auto sign in. now we cant sign in... the kicker they were on the phone with me for OVER 2hrs and only gave me a free 1 mo xbox live gold membership... I have my fkn receipt and card that I put on showing I purchased it. And I payed via visa... but at walmart. They said even though I had proof of purchase they couldnt do ANYTHING because it was not bought through them... ARE YOU SERIOUS??????????? This is a 12 month plus 2 free months card/ plus I had to buy a wireless adapter in february which costed another 60 bucks.. have the receipt for that too.... they wont do ANYTHING. I am so pissed. Never and I mean NEVER go through microsoft... they are horrible. Oh and they keep asking me what the alternate email address and security answer is to that account....THAT NEVER POPPED UP ON MY XBOX 360 AND I NEVER ENTERED IT... I HAD TO MAKE A NEW ACCOUNT FOR MY FREE ONE MONTH THEY GAVE ME AND I WAS ON THE PHONE WITH THEM WHILE DOING IT AND IT AUTO CREATED A SECURITY QUESTION AND ANSWER. THEY EVEN SAID THAT WAS ODD AND THEY DONT KNOW HOW IT DID THAT... SEE THEY DONT EVEN KNOW WHAT THE FK IS GOING ON. ALLOW ME TO SHOW MY PROOF OF PURCHASE AND GIVE ME MY 14 MONTHS BACK...OR MY DAMN MONEY. MY KIDS GOT THE NEW CALL OF DUTY BLACK OPS 2 FOR XBOX 360 SO THEY WANT TO PLAY IT NOT JUST FOR A MONTH COME THE HELL ON...MICROSOFT YOU HAVE ENOUGH MONEY TO MAKE THIS RIGHT WITH US... SHIT ON ME AND I WILL SPREAD THIS AROUND HOW YOU MORE OR LESS STOLE OUR MONEY...BS
